You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You receive a wrong product
- The product is damaged, leaking, or tampered
- The item is spoiled or expired upon delivery
Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification. This is a common practice for food businesses due to hygiene and safety concerns .
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened or partially used
- Dissatisfaction is based on personal taste preferences
- Improper storage has affected product quality
- Delay issues caused by courier services
Perishable food products like pickles and snacks are typically non-returnable once opened to maintain safety standards .
💰 Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
🚫 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
